South Korea warns Ukraine of “further measures” unless Kyiv apologizes over disclosure of North Korean POW transfer

President Lee Jae Myung said Seoul would take additional action unless Ukraine acknowledges what South Korea says was an agreement to keep the transfer of two North Korean prisoners of war confidential and issues a public apology.
The dispute began after President Volodymyr Zelenskyy disclosed the transfer at the UN General Assembly.
Ukraine has denied that any confidentiality agreement existed and described the row as a “diplomatic misunderstanding.”
