Finland’s President Stubb says there is no evidence Russia is preparing a direct attack on NATO, warning instead of growing hybrid threats

Finnish President Alexander Stubb said there is currently no evidence that Russia is preparing a direct military attack on NATO.
He argued that some European leaders are conflating hypothetical future war scenarios with the present threat assessment.
Stubb said the more immediate danger comes from hybrid warfare, including sabotage, cyberattacks, information operations, attacks on infrastructure and other gray-zone activities across Europe.
