Finnish President Alexander Stubb said Europe should begin thinking seriously about Ukraine’s armed forces as a central part of the continent’s future security architecture.
He described Ukraine’s military as “the most modern military force that we have in Europe today.”
Stubb said Ukraine also serves as a buffer and an obstacle against the possibility of further Russian aggression.
