Ghalibaf says Strait of Hormuz will remain closed until Iran’s seven conditions under the Islamabad Memorandum are met

Eastora News·

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said the United States had recently put forward proposals through an intermediary despite presenting a different position in public.

He said Washington must understand that “the era of dragging out time and dictating unilateral demands is over.”

Ghalibaf said Iran’s position was clear and that the Strait of Hormuz would not reopen until all seven conditions set out in the Islamabad Memorandum were fulfilled.
