Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Russia had received the “loud and clear” message from the French submarine-launched missile test, but viewed it as another sign of Europe building its defense policy around confrontation with Moscow.
Peskov said Russia remains on alert but open to dialogue, arguing that disputes should be resolved through talks rather than demonstrative missile launches.
