EU ambassadors approve 1,646 new Russia sanctions listings, with more than half targeting ballistic-missile production including the Iskander-M supply chain

The measures cover missile research and testing sites, rocket engines, solid fuels and specialized materials, as well as drone manufacturers, submarine-servicing shipyards and 77 Russian politicians who ran in occupied Ukrainian territories.
Seven North Korean individuals and entities linked to Russia’s war effort were also added, with EU foreign ministers expected to formally adopt the listings on Monday.
