Peskov says Zelensky is in a state of hysteria and unable to make considered decisions, linking his criticism to Ukraine’s stance on peace talks

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Sunday that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was in a state of “hysteria” and incapable of making considered decisions under those conditions.
In comments to Russian outlet Vesti, Peskov said that if Zelensky were able to act thoughtfully, he would show an inclination toward peace negotiations with Russia. Peskov also accused him of seeking more funding for air defenses and long-range weapons, as well as access to Starlink infrastructure for Ukrainian strikes deep inside Russia.
