White House press secretary Katie Zacharia said Thursday that she followed President Trump’s interests and deliberately discussed them during television appearances before she was selected for the position.

Zacharia said that, while serving as a senior communications adviser, she monitored every news hit to keep her appearances aligned with the policies Trump was promoting, particularly on Truth Social.
