Putin says creation of a border security zone will not be part of future Ukraine peace talks and calls for continued strikes on military-industrial targets

Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a visit to a command post that the creation of a “security zone” along the border with Ukraine would not be a subject of any future peace talks with Ukraine.

He also emphasized that “massive, concentrated” strikes against Ukrainian military-industrial facilities and logistics hubs must continue.
