Trump associates attended Dodik’s SNSD rally in Banja Luka, investigation says, with findings raising concerns about possible misuse of public funds

Several people associated with Donald Trump attended an election rally held by Milorad Dodik’s SNSD party in Banja Luka on October 2, according to an investigation by Bosnian outlet Detektor.

Photographs and videos confirmed the presence of James Blair, lobbyist Alex Garcia and attorney Andrew H. Smith. Former Trump campaign manager Chris LaCivita may also have attended, the investigation said.

The findings raised concerns about the potential misuse of public funds. The Republika Srpska government has paid millions of dollars to U.S. lobbying and consulting firms with ties to Trump and Republican figures.
