The U.S. is sending a third aircraft carrier to the Middle East, with the USS Theodore Roosevelt strike group and the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit expected to arrive by the end of November, Fox News reported. Their deployment would add roughly 10,000 sailors and Marines.
The Roosevelt is expected to join the USS George H.W. Bush and USS George Washington, both now in the Arabian Sea. The deployment comes a day after Hegseth secretly met Netanyahu at Israel’s Ovda Airbase.
