Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky proposed suspending Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil refineries for 30 days in exchange for U.S. Patriot interceptors to defend against Russian ballistic missiles during that period, Axios reported, citing Barak Ravid.

Trump envoys Witkoff and Kushner have reportedly shown little interest in the proposal, Axios reported.
