The Lebanese army strongly rejected Israeli accusations that it had failed to disarm Hezbollah and dismantle the group’s military infrastructure south of the Litani River under the November 2024 ceasefire agreement. The army said all its actions had been officially documented by the ceasefire monitoring committee.
The military also accused Israel of spreading misinformation to undermine its credibility amid ongoing negotiations.
