Russia to send its first diesel tanker to the United States on Oct. 22, Novak says, with additional tankers expected soon

Russia will send its first tanker carrying diesel fuel to the United States on Oct. 22, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak announced. The tanker has a displacement of 40,000 tonnes.
