Turkey’s Fidan to host six foreign ministers for first R4-E3 meeting, with talks spanning Palestine, Hormuz, Yemen and Russia-Ukraine diplomacy

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will host foreign ministers from six countries in Istanbul on Friday, 23 October, for a meeting bringing together the R4 grouping of Turkey, Egypt, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia with the European E3 of Britain, France and Germany. The seven countries will meet in a combined R4+E3 format for the first time, at Ankara’s initiative, Anadolu Agency reported.
