International Atomic Energy Agency Director General Rafael Grossi told the UN General Assembly in New York that the agency is “ready” to verify Iran’s nuclear activities. He said most of the technical work needed to ensure adequate verification has already been completed.
Grossi said a lasting solution to tensions over Iran’s nuclear program requires a diplomatic agreement backed by independent verification.
