U.S. President Donald Trump and British Prime Minister Andy Burnham spoke by phone about the Russia-Ukraine war, the situation in the Middle East and relations between their countries.

The leaders also discussed the Sea Lion project, a major deepwater offshore oil development north of the Falkland Islands.
