Trump’s Board of Peace has appointed Shelley Greenspan, a former Biden White House aide, to lead outreach to Congress and Washington think tanks, Axios reported.

The outreach is intended to build bipartisan support for Trump’s Gaza peace plan. The plan has stalled over Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s refusal to take steps before Israel’s October 27 elections.

The plan is expected to gain momentum after the elections and the formation of a new Israeli government.
