A Yemeni military source told Yemen’s Saba News Agency that Saudi Aramco is no longer secure from targeted strikes by the Yemeni Armed Forces, and issued an urgent warning to international investors and financial institutions against holding assets in the state-owned oil giant.
The source advised market participants to closely assess Aramco’s financial metrics and plummeting stock valuation before making investment decisions in the Kingdom. It said the company had lost more than $100 billion in market value amid what it described as Saudi secrecy about the impact of repeated attacks by Yemeni Armed Forces.
