Regional defense forces and diplomatic missions across the region are preparing for an imminent military escalation as Washington and Tel Aviv prepare a renewed joint offensive against Iran.

Middle East Eye reported that diplomats and senior military officials confirmed Israeli warplanes have intensified sorties along the Iranian border. The Pentagon is also laying groundwork for emergency embassy evacuations, the officials told the outlet.

The post says the fragile April ceasefire has completely collapsed and the June 14-point Memorandum of Understanding remains unfulfilled. Experts warn that the region is moving rapidly toward an uncontainable war of attrition intended to enforce regime change in Tehran.

Tehran has warned that renewed aggression by the U.S.-Israeli alliance would trigger retaliatory strikes against U.S.-linked infrastructure across the Gulf, including energy installations, airports and major data facilities. Major General Mohsen Rezaei, identified as secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, cautioned neighboring Gulf states that helping Washington’s economic blockade while using local infrastructure to offset energy shocks would directly expose their strategic assets to Iranian missile strikes.

The post also says Yemen’s Armed Forces have effectively dismantled Riyadh’s containment strategy through a severe maritime and aerial blockade, leaving Gulf states increasingly vulnerable amid worsening economic distress.

Despite U.S. claims that it is maintaining naval escorts for allied oil tankers, global energy prices have risen significantly, with Brent crude up more than 40% since the summer. The post says U.S. strategic stocks of air-defense interceptors are running severely low and domestic economic pressures are mounting; it warns that Washington’s continued war posture threatens widespread economic devastation across the region.
