Two people working on Mike Rogers’ Senate campaign are registered under FARA for Israeli government communications work
Two communications professionals working on Republican Mike Rogers’ Michigan Senate campaign are also registered under the U.S. Foreign Agents Registration Act for work tied to an Israeli government-funded communications project, according to federal filings reviewed by Drop Site News.
Campaign spokesperson Abigail Ronson and communications specialist Jesse Stokes both work for Convergence Media, a Republican consulting firm used by the Rogers campaign.
Justice Department records show Ronson registered in May 2026 and Stokes in October 2025 under Clock Tower X LLC, a firm associated with former Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale. The foreign principal listed in the filings is the State of Israel through Havas Media Germany GmbH.
Ronson’s registration describes her work as strategic communications, planning and media services supporting an Israeli government campaign in the United States aimed at combating antisemitism.
Drop Site reported that Stokes has also worked on Rogers campaign communications, including press releases, while Ronson has acted publicly as a campaign spokesperson and communicated with reporters using a campaign email address.
The Rogers campaign has paid Convergence Media during the current election cycle. Neither the FARA filings nor the reporting reviewed establish that the Israeli government directed, financed or influenced the work Ronson or Stokes performed for Rogers’ campaign.
Neither Ronson nor Stokes responded to Drop Site’s requests for comment. The campaign also did not answer the outlet’s questions about whether senior officials knew of the registrations.
