U.S. Senate Democrats prepare probes into Ukraine Starshield slowdown, with Elon Musk among those told to preserve records

CNN reports that U.S. Senate Democrats are preparing investigations into restrictions affecting Ukraine’s military satellite communications. Elon Musk is among those instructed to preserve relevant records.

A Democratic Senate aide said the Senate Foreign Relations Committee sent document-preservation letters concerning the slowdown of Starshield services in Ukraine. The aide said similar requests were also sent to banks, ports and private companies involved in transactions involving Russian diesel fuel.
