Iran has sent the U.S. a proposal through mediators to reopen the Strait of Hormuz and resume negotiations toward a final deal, Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said. He said Washington would have seven days to meet agreed conditions, including sanctions relief, asset releases and an end to military operations.
