Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Tehran has sent Washington a “concrete seven-day plan” through Qatar to reopen the Strait of Hormuz and restart talks. Under the proposal, the strait would reopen on day six and negotiations on a final deal would begin on day seven. “The choice now rests with the United States,” he said.
